Not too long ago my brother in-law called me from a pay phone somewhere.  He said he was in some small town in New Mexico and he has run out of money.  He wasn’t sure where he was but he was wondering if I could either come get him or send him some money.  He didn’t seem too scared, just defeated.  Apparently he had lost is truck in a bet and then lost the rest of his money playing cards, trying to get his truck back.  He gave me an address and I looked it up in New Mexico information and headed out to get him.
