I want a complete kitchen, and I know most of the money I’ve saved up for it will go to my kitchen cabinets. I think I got over-excited when I chose the cherry wood, but looking at my kitchen now, I must say it’s a great choice. My other alternative was laminates, but then I heard about some lapses in quality, which is to be expected. After all, laminates are synthetic, and real wood can stand the test of time and weather. All of my kitchen cabinets are simply stained with a thin layer of varnish applied to them.
