My friend June is looking to buy a new home.  As a first time buyer property in the west midlands she thought it would be quite difficult.  However, a chance encounter led her to some new homes that were just about to be completed and there were still several available for sale.  She went into the show home and spoke to the reps, who gave her the grand tour and found out what she was looking for and how much she had to spend.  They had just the right home for her and she was delighted that it was perfect for her.  She moves in next week.
