Medifast - A Great Way To Lose Weight

Over the course of my life, I have tried every single kind of diet plan that has ever come out on paper. We all know the one that called for you to eat lots of protein and drink water, right? Oh, and remember the cabbage soup diet plan? I mean, really, people have even tried drinking vinegar to lose weight! I did them all and failed miserably at each and every one of them - until, that is, I finally happened on Medifast. I eat five meals a day, spaced about 2-3 hours apart, and one of the meals is generally a salad. I have lost almost 100 pounds and I feel GREAT!
