Used Smart Saving

November 7th, 2009 . by admin

If you’re a Simpsons fan you’ll probably be familiar with Homer’s unfortunately misspelt crowing.  If not, you’re probably smrt enough to realise that it’s time to ask Carol for a vowel, because once you get smart you’ll see that there’s nothing that makes more sense. The smart car is one of the titchiest models ever to grace the country’s roads, with a profile that’s outrageously undersized and a versatile nature that would put a Swiss Army Knife to shame.  With plenty of poke under the bonnet and the ability to park pretty much anywhere, the smart car family awaits the discerning buyer with open arms.  A used smart car is the answer if you’re looking to save money without compromising on excellence!

Jeep Cherokee Tale

November 7th, 2009 . by admin

It was a little chilly this morning when my mobile phone rang. It turned out to be my granddaughter Nellie. She said that the envelope I had been waiting for finally arrived at her house. I sometimes have mail going to my granddaughter’s house because she always seems to get her mail on time. We talked for a few minutes and then I drove over to her house in my Jeep Cherokee. When I got there she gave me my mail and also prepared me a grilled eggplant pepper sandwich. My granddaughter always has a way of making very tasty food.

Beltronics GX65 radar detector could save you money

September 14th, 2009 . by admin

You already know why people buy radar detectors: to avoid getting a costly speeding ticket. Even if you’re not the typical speeding driver, you might also find a radar detector to be helpful. In some places, it’s all right to go a few miles over the speed limit, but there are some places where the law enforcement is not okay with even minor speeding. And since you may not know what the general attitude is where you are driving, and you are unfamiliar with an area, it might be a good idea to have a radar detector so you can play it safe when law enforcement is in the area. A Beltronics GX65 radar detector could save you quite a bit of money in the end.

A Phoenix Auto Glass Company Replaced My Windshield

September 11th, 2009 . by admin

I have had a small chip in my windshield for quite some time. I didn’t really believe people when they said that I should get the chip repaired or the chip may become a huge crack. Well, one day last week it finally happened! The small chip turned into a huge crack across my entire windshield. I could barely see to drive and knew that I needed to have it fixed immediately. I decided to call a Phoenix Auto Glass company right away. They came out and they actually had to replace my entire windshield because the crack was so large. Next time I will definitely not wait and have the chip repaired.

Things to Remember When Purchasing Number Plates

September 2nd, 2009 . by admin

I am in the market for a customized number plate and can’t decide where to get it.  I have plenty of options but am leaning towards the ability of purchasing one online for a reputable number plate manufacture.  A few things that I should remember when purchasing it is to deal with a manufacturer that is thorough and follows all government regulations and standards regarding the plates.  Also, I want someone who can give me options regarding font, background and border to match my vehicle.  And lastly, I want to work with a company that appreciates my business and will do the best work available on my customized number plates

Used Ford Bargain

September 1st, 2009 . by admin

If you are looking for a car, but you only have a very limited budget, then to me there is only one clear choice; a Used Ford. Let me explain myself. Used Ford cars are inexpensive, reliable and provide you with a very high standard of safety and comfort for such cheap cars.

I bought a Used Ford Mondeo from my local Sandicliffe Ford Dealership and have been extremely happy with the standard of motoring I have experienced ever since.

I would recommend that everyone takes a look at their local Sandicliffe Dealership as soon as possible to get a Used Ford bargain.

A new role in government fleet management for a friend

August 16th, 2009 . by admin

A friend recently attended an interview for a government based position. Having worked in the car industry for several years she was definitely qualified to fit the job description. The department in question has a large pool of vehicles that needs to be attended to. The current operator needs an assistant to help with the overall government fleet management. Her primary responsibility will be to manage a small part of the operations and to ensure that vehicles are regularly serviced. This will take some of the pressure off the other manager who found himself in the position of being under resourced.

Cheap Suzuki For Less

July 30th, 2009 . by admin

These days there are too many drivers who are too concerned with the badge on the fron of their car rather than the practicalities such as the design and the engineering underneath the bonnet. With this firmly in mind I decided to check out a few brand new Cheap Suzuki models at my local Cheap New Suzuki dealership.

I was astounded by the sheer quality I experienced whilst behind the wheel of the Cheap Suzuki. It really is astounding the kin dof driving quality you can get for less if you aren’t bothered about the total credibility of the badge.

A Question to Be Asked

July 25th, 2009 . by admin

A couple of years ago, I was given my first car.  My parents had already payed it off, and they told me that as long as I took care of it, they would give me their old car.  They said that I would have to get insurance on it and everything, and it made me wonder, “How Much Car Insurance Do I Need?“  They told me that if the value of the car was not very high, they would suggest that I just get liability insurance instead of paying for full coverage.  I was glad that they helped me out with everything.

Regulatory specifications for airbags outside United States

July 22nd, 2009 . by admin

Most countries outside North America adhere to internationalized European ECE vehicle and equipment regulations rather than the U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. ECE airbags are generally smaller and inflate less forcefully than U.S. Airbags, because the ECE specifications are based around belted crash test dummies. In the United Kingdom, and most other developed countries there is no direct legal requirement for new cars to feature airbags. Instead, the Euro NCAP vehicle safety rating encourages manufacturers to take a comprehensive approach to occupant safety; a good rating can only be achieved by combining airbags with other safety features. Thus almost all new cars now come with at least two airbags as standard.
