Do you feel sometimes like everyone at work is getting along and saying yes sir, but that they really don’t feel like that?  I know sometimes I’ve been that employee, that at work everything seems to be fine and dandy, and I have a smile on my face, and then I go home and complain about everything that’s driving me crazy to my husband.  Then one day, I came to work and opened my email to find a link to a web survey about job satisfaction.  It was a dream come true, now I could actually vent and tell how I felt without feeling retribution of sorts, because it was anonymous as well, and even better!
