While on vacation in Niagara Falls, Ontario, my family was involved in an automobile accident.  We were hit from behind by a motorist who was talking on a cell phone and not paying attention. 

Thankfully it was not serious and no one was injured.  The man driving the other car was very apologetic and the police officer who responded to the scene was courteous and helpful.

The driver who hit us gave his Ontario car insurance information and said he would contact his agent as soon as he got home.  He had learned his lesson and would not drive and talk on a cell phone again.  We continued with our vacation and had a wonderful time at the Falls.
